The Hispanic & Latino Employee Association (HLEA) promotes greater involvement and representation of Hispanic and Latino employees and students at Old Dominion University; to advocate issues of Hispanic and Latino employees, including but not limited to their recruitment and their retention; to enhance the status and opportunities of Hispanic and Latino employees; and to provide networking opportunities and a forum for Hispanic and Latino issues.
